Accessibility Statement

We would rather tell you where we actually stand than claim perfection.

Our target

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. That is a standard we work toward continuously, not a certificate we hold. We do not claim full or “100%” conformance, but we act on problems when we learn about them.

What we have done

  • Semantic HTML with a single main landmark and a “Skip to main content” link.
  • Text and interactive colours checked against WCAG AA contrast ratios, including the new logo (the wordmark reaches 17.7:1 on the header and the footer uses a light variant).
  • Keyboard access to navigation and the mobile menu, with visible focus indicators.
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images; decorative graphics hidden from assistive technology.
  • A responsive layout that reflows on small screens and when text is enlarged, and respect for the “reduce motion” system preference.

Known limitations

Some older blog articles have heading structures that are not yet ideal for screen-reader navigation, and a few comparison tables scroll horizontally on narrow screens. We are working through these. If you hit a barrier not listed here, please tell us.
